Lemon Cake
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups AP flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- juice of 1 lemon
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
2. Mix wet ingredients.
3. Mix dry ingredients.
4. Combine, then add lemon juice, zest and buttermilk.
